ViviAnne J. Preisinger, age 86 of Grand Forks, ND, formerly of Underwood, ND, died Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at the Valley Memorial Home in Grand Forks.

Funeral Services: 10:30 AM Monday, April 30, 2007;
St. Bonaventure's Catholic Church - Underwood, ND;
Rev. Frank J. Schuster, Celebrant;
Interment: St. Bonaventure's Catholic Cemetery - Underwood, ND;
Visitation: Monday, one hour prior to time of service at the church.

ViviAnne was born May 24, 1920 at Turtle Lake, ND, the daughter to Carl and Dora (Keel) Peterson. As a child, she lived on the family farm near Turtle Lake, ND and attended rural school. ViviAnne graduated from a Bismarck beauty school and worked as a beautician in New Town, ND for many years. She married Raymond B. Preisinger on April 21, 1954 at Parshall, ND. The couple raised one daughter, Carla Rae, who was born in 1958. They lived in Riverdale, ND for many years where Ray worked for the U.S. Corps of Engineers. They moved to Underwood, ND in 1975 where they later enjoyed their retirement years. Ray passed away in September 2001. ViviAnne moved to Grand Forks, ND in 2005. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Carla & Nick Ralston of Grand Forks, ND; two granddaughters, Kathleen Sayler and husband Shawn Frieler of St. Cloud, MN, & Holly Jordan of Mott, ND; one grandson, Wesley Jordan of Fargo, ND;
one great grandson, Luke Frieler of St. Cloud, MN; one brother, Dale Peterson of Milnor, ND; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

ViviAnne was preceded in death by her husband (Raymond), parents, and one infant brother (James Edward Peterson).
