Todd Schiffner, 53, of Eagar, AZ, died October 23, 2016 in Springerville, AZ from advanced cancer.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, October 29th at Augustana Lutheran Church in Underwood with Pastor Anna Haugen officiating. Burial of his cremated remains will take place at a later date in Grand Rapids, ND.

Todd was born January 10, 1963 to Richard "Gyke" & Patricia "Pat" (Erickson) Schiffner. He graduated from Underwood High School. Todd worked in golf course construction in North Dakota, Minnesota, & Arizona and also worked as a golf course grounds superintendent. He was last employed as grounds superintendent at an Eagar, Arizona golf course for many years. Todd enjoyed working outdoors and rarely took a day off from work.

He is survived by his daughter, Sydnee Austin of Eagar, AZ; his mother, Patricia "Pat" Schiffner of Underwood; two brothers, Troy Schiffner of Minneapolis, & Terry Schiffner of Fargo; two nephews & one niece.

Todd was succeeded in death by his father, Richard "Gyke" Schiffner, and preceded in death by his fiancée Kim Austin, and grandparents (Henry Schiffner, Carrie Schiffner Gott, Harvey Gott, Emil & Laura Erickson).
