Timothy "Tim" Sukumlyn, 68, Turtle Lake and Kief, ND died August 26, 2022 at his residence in Turtle Lake.  Cremation has taken place and graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at the Kief Cemetery, Kief, ND.   There will be a time of lunch and fellowship following the graveside service at the American Legion in Butte, ND.

Tim was born July 3, 1954 in Turtle Lake, ND the son of Edward and Phyllis (Wolitarsky) Sukumlyn.  He was raised on a farm near Balfour.  He graduated from the Balfour High School in 1972.  Tim then attended college at Minot State College where he received a degree in Carpentry.  He worked as a carpenter for the Carpenter's Union of ND on various projects in the state.

He is survived by his aunts, Dorothy Zimbelman of Sioux Falls, SD, Winifred Stober of Bismarck, ND and Jean Sigmund of Billings, MT and several cousins.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Phyllis.
