Theola "Cookie" was born August 28, 1943 at Turtle Lake, ND the daughter to Theodore & Dollie (Meyers) Anderson. She was united in marriage to Willard Simmons on January 14, 1966 at Minot, ND. Willard passed away in November 1986.

She is survived by 4 sons, Thomas (Celeste) Simmons of Minot, ND, Kenneth (Sandy) Simmons of Sauk Rapids, MN, Willard "Wayne"(Marjorie) Simmons of Sauk Rapids, MN,
& Russell (Susan) Simmons of St. Cloud, MN; 11 Grandchildren; 1 brother, Kenneth Anderson of Montana; 4 sisters, Dorothy Beaulieu of Palm Bay, FL, Edith Martin of Tacoma, WA, Avis Anderson of Minot, ND, & Marie Webb of Sedalia, MO.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband (Willard), daughter (Dollie Sincleair),
grandson (Trent Simmons), & 2 brothers (Harold "Buddy" & Marvin "Buster" Anderson)
