Sharon Schell, 66, of Underwood, ND, died January 10, 2015 at her home in Underwood. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am Friday, January 16, 2015 at Augustana Lutheran Church, Underwood, ND, with Reverend Anna Haugen officiating. Burial will be in the Underwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the church in Underwood and will continue for one hour before the services at the church on Friday

Sharon was born on October 12, 1948 in Bismarck, ND, the daughter of Herke and Ethel Garnetta (Watt) Telenga. She was raised and educated in Underwood. She graduated from the Underwood High School in 1968. Sharon married Lewellyn L. Schell on May 14, 1969 at Augustana Lutheran Church in Underwood. Following their marriage, they lived in Underwood. Sharon enjoyed being a caregiver. She was always willing to look after family members and their children. She also enjoyed attending various community events and activities. She was a member of Augustana Lutheran Church and the Underwood Senior Citizens Center. Sharon was the secretary for the Underwood Senior Citizens.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Denita and Kelly Roth, Lincoln, ND; thirteen grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; step children: Cynthia and Jim Peach, Belcourt, ND, Juanita and Dave Hinrichsen, Wyoming, MN, Jennie Gremmer, Forest Lake, MN, Fred Schell, Stacy, MN and Diane Schell, Underwood, ND; one brother and sister-in-law: Keith and Kathy Telenga, Bismarck, ND.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband in 1990; and a stepson, Myron Schell.
