Sharon Lakoduk, 73, of Turtle Lake, ND, passed away from this life on May 31, 2019 following a long illness. A memorial graveside service will be held on Sunday June 16, 2019 at 1:30pm at the Turtle Lake Cemetery with Pastor Sondra Krogstad officiating. Coffee and bars will be served at Trinity Lutheran Church in Turtle Lake following the burial.

Sharon was born on January 17, 1946 to Jack and Susan (Schwartz) Lakoduk of Butte, ND. Sharon lived in Butte with her family until 1951 when they moved to Turtle Lake, ND. Sharon graduated from Turtle Lake High School in 1965. She attended and graduated from Beauty College in Minot, ND, she moved to Minot and work as a beautician. Her kind heart and smiling face built a large and loyal clientele. In 2010, she retired and moved back to Turtle Lake.

Sharon is survived by her four brothers: Jack (Jackie) Lakoduk, Hudson, FL, Lester Lakoduk, Portland, OR, Craig (Enid) Lakoduk, Turtle Lake, ND and David (Teresa) Lakoduk, Underwood, ND and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters: Mavis Tierney and Goldie Walcker.

The family gratefully requests in lieu of flowers memorials be given to the Turtle Lake Hospital Swing bed unit in Sharon's name.
