Roxanne M. Moore, 71, of Underwood, ND died Friday, May 9, 2025, at her home from natural causes in Underwood. Cremation has taken place, and a private family burial will take place in the Turtle Lake Cemetery.

Roxanne was born in Jamestown, ND to Willie and Eldora (Kemmet) Schneider on September 24, 1953. She graduated from Turtle Lake High School. Roxanne married Veach Moore in 1978. Veach died in 2002.

She is survived by her brother, Rod Schnieder, sister, Roberta Okerson, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Roxanne was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother Wayne Schneider.

Memorials are preferred to the McLean County Sheriffs Department.
