Obituary
Mark J. Freborg, 60, of Lincoln, Alabama, passed away October 23, 2016, in Birmingham, Alabama, at St. Vincent's East. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, November 11, 2016, at First Baptist Church, Mercer, ND.
Mark was born in Turtle Lake on March 16, 1956. He graduated from Bismarck High School in 1975. He worked for Butler Machinery in Fargo, North Dakota. Mark then moved to Denver, Colorado where he worked several years at a furniture store. He then made his home in Alabama where he worked in gas and welding.
Mark was an avid football fan and an avid NASCAR racing fan at Talladega.
He is survived by his mother, LaVon Freborg Jacobson; his stepfather, Lane Jacobson; his sister Carmen Reno and brother-in-law, Ken Reno, all of Scottsdale, Arizona.
He was preceded in death by his Father, James C. Freborg.
