Lynnae Lick, 61, Turtle Lake, ND went to her heaven home on March 9, 2016 at her residence under hospice care. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Saturday March 12, 2016 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Turtle Lake with Pastor Sondra Krogstad officiating. Interment will follow in the St. John's Cemetery of rural Turtle Lake. Visitation will be held from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Turtle Lake. Visitation will continue Saturday, one hour prior to time of service at the church.

Lynnae was born September 17, 1954 in Turtle Lake, ND the daughter of John and Clara (Rygh) Schilling. She was raised and educated in Turtle Lake. She graduated from Turtle Lake High School in 1973. She worked for the McLean County Vet Clinic and also at Pla-mor Lanes in Turtle Lake. Lynnae married Carvel Lick on June 25, 1977 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Turtle Lake. She worked as a CNA for the Community Memorial Hospital, Turtle Lake for 21 years. She was also the secretary for the weigh station and helped Carvel on the farm. She loved to mow the lawn and raise her garden. Lynnae was a very ambitious lady and would never sit still for a long period of time.

Lynnae enjoyed bowling, fishing, camping and spending time with her family and friends. She will always be remembered for her deep faith in the Lord and for her infectious smile.

She will be greatly missed by her husband, Carvel of Turtle Lake; her son, Alan (Erica) Lick of Sawyer, ND; her daughter, Alissa (Ryan) Thiele of Bismarck; her grandchildren, Brecken Lick and Maddox Thiele and a granddaughter due in April; her brother, LaVerne (Judy) Schilling of Tempe, AZ; her sisters, Gayle (Carroll) Howell of Arcadia, FL, her twin sister, Lynnelle (Steven) Bossert of Jamestown, ND and Gloria (Jim) Bauer of Ruso, ND and many nieces and nephews.

Lynnae was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Marvin (Deanne) Schilling.
