Loretta L. Neff, 86, of Turtle Lake, ND, died January 1, 2023 in the Turtle Lake Hospital.  Services will be held in the spring of 2023.

Loretta was born April 30, 1936, in Turtle Lake, ND, the daughter of Alexander and Martha (Presser) Schock.  She was raised and educated in Turtle Lake.  She married Gerald "Jerry" Neff on September 19, 1954 at Peace Lutheran Church in Turtle Lake.  They lived in Turtle Lake where Loretta was the Avon & Tupperware Lady and the best stay at home mom.

Loretta enjoyed studying genealogy, sewing and visiting with family and friends.
She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and WELCA.

She is survived by her daughter, Vikki Neff Tolbert (Joel Johnson) of Turtle Lake; granddaughter, DeAndra Viellieux of Turtle Lake; great grandsons:  Aden and Logan Viellieux of Turtle Lake; brothers and sisters-in-law:  Raymond (Sharon) Schock of Bismarck, Ernie (Linda) Schock of Turtle Lake, Richardt (Sandy) Schock of Bismarck and Darlys Schock of Bismarck; sisters:  Rosella Krein of Bismarck, Erna Schock of Bismarck, Marlene Grate of Bismarck, Caroline (William) Mertz of Bismarck, Esther (David) Mehrer of Alexandria, MN, Ann (Walt) Frisbee of Medford, OR; her brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Clifford (Marvel) Neff of McClusky and Lorraine Neff of Bismarck and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; brother:  Meinhardt "Meiny"; brothers-in-law:  John Grate, Delmer Krein, Roger Neff and sister-in-law: Shirley Reiser.
