Katherine "Kathy" Lindteigen, 57, of Turtle Lake, ND, died July 3, 2016 in the Community Memorial Hospital, Turtle Lake. Memorial Services will be held 10:00 AM Thursday July 7, 2016 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Turtle Lake, ND with Pastor Sondra Krogstad officiating.

Kathy was born December 5, 1958 in Turtle Lake the daughter of Byron and Mavis (Seeger) Lindteigen. She was raised and educated in Turtle Lake. She attended school in Turtle Lake. Kathy married Charles Gleason in Turtle Lake and to this union two children were born. They lived in Tennessee where Kathy stayed at home with her children. She returned to Turtle Lake in 1996. Kathy did construction work and worked at Ken's Jack and Jill. She also had many other adventures.

She enjoyed gardening, animals, fishing, reading and selling her Scentsy products. Kathy will always be remembered for her love of children, especially her grandchildren.

Kathy is survived her children, Charlie Gleason of Lincoln, ND and Michelle (Josh) Boehm of Lincoln, ND; her grandsons, Brayden and Christopher Boehm of Lincoln, ND; her father Byron Lindteigen of Minnesota; a brother Jim Lindteigen of Turtle Lake; sisters and brother-in-laws, Nadean and Ray Shannon of Sunrise Beach, MO, Jeanine Lindteigen of Valley City, ND, Jeannette and Billy Parker of Flin Flon, MB, Canada and Mike Stavig of Turtle Lake; half-brother, Myron Lindteigen and half-sister Paula Lindteigen both of Nebraska; her longtime soulmate Rodger Lynne of Turtle Lake and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Kathy was preceded in death by her grandparents; her mother Mavis; two brothers Bob and Ron Lindteigen; her sister, Jerri Stavig; step-son Danny Gleason; nephew, Brandon Lindteigen and two cousins, Kevin Hochsprung and Teresa Gottschall.
