Julie Ann Love, 74, formerly of Underwood and Garrison, ND died June 25, 2021 at Sanford Health, Bismarck.  Memorial services will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at Augustana Lutheran Church, Underwood with Deacon Jodi Lorenz officiating.  Inurnment will be held in St. Olaf Lutheran Church Cemetery, rural Turtle Lake, ND.  Visitation for Julie will be held from 9:00 AM until service time on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at the church in Underwood.

Julie was born February 10, 1947 in Minot, ND the daughter of Emil and Marion (Gradin) Berg.  She was raised and educated in Turtle Lake and Underwood.  Julie graduated from Underwood High School in 1965.  She married Eugene Love on June 12, 1966 at Augustana Lutheran Church in Underwood.  Following their marriage they lived and farmed near Turtle Lake.  They lived in California for a short time before returning to Turtle Lake and later moved to Bismarck.  Eugene was involved in a motor vehicle accident and became dependent on Julie for his care for more than 20 years.

She was a very loving and caring person who fostered many children and cared for many children in her daycare.  Julie and Eugene received an award from the State of North Dakota for fostering children for 15 years.  Julie enjoyed doing crafts, sewing, baking, cooking, gardening, listening to books on tape. She also enjoyed tending to her yard and flowers. She loved to entertain family and friends by preparing wonderful meals.

Julie was a member of Augustana Lutheran Church in Underwood and Bethel Lutheran Church in Bismarck.  She will always be remembered for the love given to her family, grandchildren and friends.  Her true joy this past spring was meeting her great granddaughter for the first time.

She is survived by her children, Michael (Kristin) Love of Bismarck and Kimberly (Michael) Reiner of Bismarck; her grandchildren, Michael (Allison) Reiner, Matthew Reiner (Jordan Sigurdson), Joshua (Madison) Reiner, Jacob Reiner, Kelsey Love (Skyler Meyer) and Mason Love; her great granddaughter, Saylor Reiner; her brothers, Steve (Ellen) Berg and Mike Berg all of Underwood; her sisters, Kathy (Leo) Anderson and Marcia (Dale) Blotske all of Underwood; her sisters-in-law, Sherry Love of Thousand Oaks, CA, Kathy (Jon) Seeger, Della (Chuck) Pederson; her brother-in-law, Quentin Love all of Turtle Lake and many nieces and nephews.

Julie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband in 1993; a brother, Wayne Berg; a sister-in-law, Denise Berg; her nephew, Sheldon Berg; her mother and father-in-law, Gertrude and Glenn Love; her sisters-in-law, Orian Cuccia and Audrey Sparks and her brother-in-law, Charles Love.
