Judy Lynne, age 59 of Turtle Lake, ND, died Saturday, January 26, 2008 following a lengthy illness. She passed at the Community Memorial Hospital in Turtle Lake.

St. Olaf Lutheran Church - rural Turtle Lake, ND;
Rev. Randy Emgarten, Officiating

Interment: St. Olaf Lutheran Cemetery

Visitation: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Wednesday at Goetz Funeral Home – Turtle Lake;
Thursday, one hour prior to time of service at the church.

Judy was born August 21, 1948 at Bismarck, ND, the daughter to Edwin & Harda (Hallan) Brevig. She attended school in Turtle Lake and graduated from high school in 1966. Judy married Rodger Lynne of May 5, 1968 at St. Olaf Lutheran Church. They made their home in Turtle Lake where they raised three children, Kent, Kelly, & Krystal. Judy enjoyed sharing coffee and conversation with her friends and relatives. She also enjoyed ceramic art and cooking. Judy was very fond of children, always taking time to say hello or gently rub a cute face. Due to failing health, Judy entered the Community Memorial Hospital swing-bed in July 2005. She will be deeply missed by all and is remembered for her courage and strength in her time of illness.

She is survived by her husband, Rodger of Turtle Lake, ND; three children, Kent (Janice) Lynne of New Leipzig, ND, Kelly Lynne of Bismarck, ND, & Krystal (Brandon) Peterson of Crosby, ND; two sisters, Joann (Marvin) Kinn of Coleharbor, ND, & Faye (Will) Coates of Othello, WA; & several nieces and nephews.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, & one brother (Dennis Brevig).
