Obituary
Ileen M. Bauer, age 86 of Bismarck, formerly of Turtle Lake, ND, died Sunday, June 13, 2010 at the Medcenter One Care Center off Collins in Mandan.
A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Friday, June 18th at the Goetz Funeral Home Chapel in Washburn. A private interment will be held in the Turtle Lake Cemetery.
Ileen was born June 15, 1923 in Washburn, ND to Rudolph & Elizabeth Klein. She was raised on a farm near Washburn and graduated from Turtle Lake High School. Ileen married Ted Bauer on July 2, 1947. She was employed as a Registered Nurse at the Turtle Lake Hospital for 35 years. Ileen moved to Bismarck in 1990.
She is survived by one son, Dennis (Linda) Bauer of Bismarck; one daughter, Linda (Dennis) Dean of Lansford, ND; four grandchildren, Pamela (Michael) Bosh, Jay (Kyrstin) Bauer, Brendan Dean, & Donavan Dean; two sisters, Phyllis (Reuben) Bauer of Turtle Lake, & Betty (Albert) Schultes of Missoula, MT.
Ileen was preceded in death by her husband (Ted), & one brother (Neil).
