Gary Millett, 76, formerly of Washburn, ND died November 5, 2021 at his residence in Edgewood on Dominion, Bismarck, ND.  Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at Goetz Funeral Home, Washburn.  Graveside services will follow at 11:30 AM at the Riverview Cemetery, Washburn.

Gary was born July 16, 1945 in Bismarck, ND the son of Edgar and Katherine (Dilger) Millett.  Gary lived in Washburn where he could often be found either riding or pushing his bike all over town.  He enjoyed listening to music, watching baseball at the legion/school field, attending garage sales, writing poems and drawing.  Gary could also tell quite a story.  He could often be found at Krause's Grocery Store, CHI St. Alexius Washburn Family Clinic, Scott's Hardware or the library visiting with staff.

Gary is survived by the entire population of Washburn. Even though he had no family, he actually had the largest family, the community of Washburn.
