Frieda Wise, age 93 of Wishek, ND, formerly of Mercer, ND, died Saturday, April 15 at a Wishek nursing home.

Funeral Services: 1:00 PM Wednesday, April 19, 2006;

St. John's Lutheran Church - McClusky, ND;

Rev. Joe Mashburn, Officiating;

Interment: Mercer Hillside Cemetery;

Visitation: Wednesday, 1 hour prior to time of service at the church

Frieda was born July 25, 1912 at rural Dawson, Kidder County, North Dakota. She was the daughter of Jacob and Carolina (Entzi) Job. She was raised on the family farm near Dawson. Frieda married Reuben Wise on January 15, 1940 at Napoleon, ND. They lived on a farm south of Mercer, ND until moving to Turtle Lake, ND in 1971. In 1984, they moved to McClusky, ND. Reuben passed away on August 27, 1984. In February of 1995, she became a resident of the Wishek Home for the Aged.

She is survived by one brother, Adolph Job of Wishek, ND; & numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband (Reuben), brothers, (Herbert Job and Reinhold Job); & sisters (Bertha Kienzle and Annette Fraase).
