Frederick "Randy" Neumiller, 68, formerly of Turtle Lake, ND passed away July 24, 2022 at SMP Health-St. Aloisius, Harvey, ND.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 29, 2022 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Turtle Lake with Pastor Randy Emgarten officiating.  Interment will be held in the Turtle Lake Cemetery.  The Celebration of Life Service will be livestreamed at the bottom of Randy's obituary on this page.

Frederick "Randy" Neumiller was born December 3, 1953 in Turtle Lake the son of Theophil and Elsie (Miller) Neumiller.  He was raised and educated in Minneapolis, MN. He graduated from North High School in 1972.  Randy then went to work for Twin City Automatic for 8 years.  He then became disabled and moved back to Turtle Lake in the late 1980's.  While living in Turtle Lake he worked at Bev's Café and helped with the Meals on Wheels program.

Randy enjoyed fishing and camping in his younger years.  He enjoyed watching WWE wrestling, football and baseball, especially the Minnesota Twins.  He will always be remembered for his love of music.

He is survived by his sisters, Delma Schell of Bismarck, Verdelle Vossler of Blaine, MN, Joann (Tom) Anderson of Blaine, MN and Joyce Ringer of St. Francis, MN; his nieces, Candy Tilton, Sherry Jurek, Cindy Schell and Tammy Fettig; his nephews, Daryl Vossler, Dale Schell Jr. and Charles Ringer and very special friends, Bev Jesz and Val Kinn.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Theophil and Elsie.
