Obituary
Dennis C. Adams, age 67 of Washburn, ND died peacefully at his home on Tuesday, Nov. 9th, 2010.
A memorial service will be held 10:30 AM Saturday, Nov. 13th at the Washburn United Methodist Church with Pastor Peder Anderson officiating.
Dennis was born Feb. 12, 1943 in Bismarck. He had 2 brothers and 1 sister. He attended school in Washburn. On May 27, 1966 he married Bonnie Peterson in Stanton, ND. Dennis worked the oil fields in Wyoming
and Montana, then at the United Power (U.P.A) plant near Stanton. He and Bonnie and their two boys lived in Stanton for a number of years. They later moved to the family farm in Washburn in 1982, where he farmed with his grandfather Hubert Holtan.
Dennis loved hunting, fishing, and farming, and helping out the
neighbors with harvest. Most of all he loved spending time with his
granddaughter, Samantha.
Dennis is survived by his wife, Bonnie of rural Washburn; his two sons, Scott of Bismarck, and Kevin (Christina) of Henderson, CO; his granddaughter, Samantha; & 2 brothers, Bob of Gillette, WY, and Ron (Cathy) of Worland, WY.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister (Patricia), & two infant children.
