Brent L. McAdoo, 56, Washburn. ND died June 23, 2016 at Sanford Health, Bismarck.
Memorial services will be held 10:00 A.M. Monday, June 27, 2016 at Washburn United Methodist Church with Pastor Cory Thrall officiating. Inurnment will be held in the Riverview Cemetery, Washburn. The family will greet family and friends one hour prior to the service on Monday at the church.

Brent was born on August 13, 1959 in Mandan, ND, the son of Don and Josephine (Vitek) McAdoo. He was raised and educated in Upham, ND. He graduated from Upham High School in 1977. He also attended Valley City State College and graduated from Minot State College with a degree in accounting. Brent worked for many different area elevators and also worked in the oil field. Brent purchased the Highway Bar in Washburn in 1993 and changed the name to Mac's Place. He was currently operating the bar. Brent was an avid hunter and sports fan. He enjoyed watching baseball, especially the Minnesota Twins.

He is survived by his mother, Jo McAdoo, Washburn, ND; one brother and sister-in-law: Jim & Virginia McAdoo, Riverdale, ND; one sister and brother-in-law: Shelly and William Torr, Bantry, ND and several nieces and nephews.

Brent was preceded in death by his father, Don in 2001; a brother, John in 1974 and his grandparents.
